General Salary Increases 1 April 2026: 1.73% of the total fixed salary as of 31 March 2026 (1.09%, as approximately 0.64% is owed in relation to the regulation scheme) 1 August 2026: 0.65% of the total fixed salary as of 31 March 2026 1 April 2027: 1.83% of the total fixed salary as of 31 March 2026 1 April 2028: 2.59% of the total fixed salary as of 31 March 2026 The increases are implemented through an adjustment of the percentage regulation. The Regulation Scheme The regulation scheme is implemented as of 1 April 2026, 1 April 2027, and 1 April 2028. An increase of 0.8% has been agreed for the individual collective agreement. Improvements for Kitchen Assistants from 1 April 2027 I. Increase in Pension The parties agree to increase the pension from 16% to 17.06%. II. Employment The parties agree to improve the conditions for employees who have previously been paid hourly wages, so that they will henceforth be employed on a monthly salary from the beginning of employment, unless they meet the requirements for hourly-paid employment. The collective agreement for kitchen assistants in the state, § 2(1) and (2), is amended accordingly, cf. the results of the collective bargaining negotiations.
