Improvements in the regional sector

Here you can see the general pay increases and the new pay progressions agreed for the listed groups in the regional sector.

General pay increases

  • 1 April 2026: 2.20%
  • 1 October 2026: 0.70%
  • 1 October 2027: 0.66%
  • 1 April 2028: 1.76%
  • 1 October 2028: 0.72%

Domestic assistants

New pay progression from 1 April 2027

  • Basic salary: Step 14 + 3,500
  • 2 years’ seniority: Step 18 + 4,550
  • 5 years’ seniority: Step 21 + 5,730
  • Pension: 15.20%

Previous pension: 13.38%

Supervisory assistants

New pay progression from 1 April 2027

  • Basic salary: Step 16 + 1,500
  • 2 years’ seniority: Step 21 + 2,500
  • 5 years’ seniority: Step 24 + 3,930
  • Pension: 15.20%

Previous pension: 13.38%

Vocationally trained service assistants

New pay progression from 1 April 2027

  • Basic salary: Step 20
  • 5 years’ seniority: Step 23 + 7,366
  • 8 years’ seniority: Step 27 + 4,700
  • Pension: 14.40%

Previous pension: 13.60%

AMU service assistants

New pay progression from 1 April 2027

  • Basic salary: Step 16 + 6,000
  • 3 years’ seniority: Step 20 + 4,200
  • 8 years’ seniority: Step 25 + 6,000
  • Pension: 15.20%
