The collective bargaining negotiations have concluded, and agreements have now been reached with the various employers in the state, municipalities, and under Danish Regions. This is what you need to decide The new collective agreement period will run from April 1, 2026 to April 1, 2029, provided that a majority of those eligible to vote in the ballot choose to vote YES to the agreement. The voting period for members runs from April 8 to April 21, 2026 just before midnight. It is the majority of your votes that determines whether the result will be a YES or a NO. See the key results How to vote The most important points in the result The financial framework has been agreed with employers in the state, municipalities, and regional sector. There will be general wage increases in several stages during the agreement period. There will be a higher pension percentage for everyone. A flexible benefits scheme will take effect from January 1, 2028. New wording has been agreed following the part-time ruling. You will have the right to a child’s 3rd sick day. You will have the right to a life-phase discussion with your employer. Wages, pension and adjustments The specific wage increases for each agreement can be found in the attached files. There is also a higher pension percentage for everyone. These improvements will be implemented in several stages during the period from April 1, 2026 to April 1, 2029. The first increase applies to all on April 1, 2026, provided that a majority votes YES. The percentage adjustments vary at certain times across the three sectors, as does the size of the adjustments – see the attachments. The full dates and percentages should be shown in attachments or in a separate table. Please note: It may not be possible to include the increase in the April salary. If approved, it will most likely be reflected in the May salary (you will receive more information). Other important changes Flexible benefits scheme from January 1, 2028: You will be able to choose whether elements of the scheme should be paid out as extra salary, additional pension contributions, saved for future time off, or used for your 6th week of paid holiday, etc. Boundary agreement between 3F and FOA: There will also be a vote on the proposed agreement under which FOA will withdraw from certain areas of the collective agreement. Employees covered by these areas in the future will instead be under a pure 3F agreement within our KLS area. New wording following the part-time ruling: The term “additional work” will be removed from the agreements and replaced with “overtime,” compensated with either a 50% or 100% supplement. Child’s 3rd sick day: In the future, you will have the right to a child’s 3rd sick day. If you are called home from daycare or school, it will count as a neutral day and will not affect your entitlement to paid leave for a child’s 1st, 2nd, or 3rd sick day. Life-phase discussion: The right to a life-phase discussion with your employer has also been agreed. Paid lunch break: A project has been agreed upon to clarify potential challenges for those of you who currently do not have a paid lunch break.
